Who are we?
Twisters Shakes and Sundaes is a family owned ice cream shop located in Knoxville Tennessee. Our mission is to serve others and bring a smile to each face that we come in contact with. We want to provide a welcoming experience to the community where they know they feel welcome when they walk in out doors.
Who we use
Twisters Shakes and Sundaes partners with Mayfield Dairy to ensure that our Ice cream is the best quality for our customers. Mayfield Dairy is a dairy company ran out of Athens Tennessee. They were founded in 1990 and have been partnering with since the day we opened!
Our staff
Twisters Shakes and Sundaes takes our staff very seriously. We tend to hire many high school students who are seeking learning opportunities in customer service. We love to give them the opportunities to learn in grow in a fun environment such as an ice cream shop. We pride ourselves on being an inviting space so making sure our staff always wears a smile is number one.
